Welcome to my about me page.  I am certified birth doula. I recieved my training with DONA in 2004 and became certified.  I have also studied nutrition through Global College of Medicine and I am now a certified nutritional consultant.  I feel Pregancy and nutrition go hand and hand.  I am a practicing Catholic and home schooling mother of 8 beautiful children . (the pic is a little old as my 2nd youngest is almost 5 and my baby is not in the picture) .   I am an active member of Weston A. Price Foundation and BIRTHnetwork.  I enjoy helping Moms and Dads through the birthing process. I have just recently started selling Pure Herbs LTD. as it is a product I believe in using with my own family as an alternative to other choices of medicine. I also have just welcomed Natures Sunshine products to our site . These are my choice of vitamins for our family and they have a great program that saves you money. We have a used clothing section for moms on a budget and  I have chosen to carry all the cloth diapering products to help support my doula service as sometimes my work goes unpaid but is through the heart from one Mom to another.  This supports the in between time also. 

     I also am a part of the Plain Grain Co. which  goals are to bring natural organic whole grain back into everyones daily diet . I believe in trying to get your daily intake of nutrition through whole foods and trying to avoid toxins in our everyday lifes.
