We do have a phone number but it usually will go to voice mail as I am the only one working the business right now and I do the childrens school during the day time hours. I will get back to you if you leave a detailed message.  Your best and usually fastest way to contact me is by email.

Store Policy

Ordering
Secure ordering is available at this web site through Paypal.  Please let us know a good time to contact you and we will contact you as soon as possible. You are also welcome to call our Toll Free Number during the listed working hours. We are most happy to answer your questions.


Payments
Cara's Maternal Connections accepts Money orders as well as Instant Transfer and Credit cards through Paypal. Payment is expected at the time of order. Money orders are expected within 10 days of the order. Please mail your money orders to Cara's Maternal Connections  1465 E. Leonard Rd,  Leonard Mi.  48367. The website is set up for instant payment only so  if you wish to mail a Money order we will need to contact us so that the items will not be sold to someone else ( such as our used clothes section or closeouts).  A great way to do this is to put these items into your shopping cart , then copy and paste these in an email to me at   cara@carasmaternalconnections.com  Please note that payment will be coming by mail. This way we can pull these items off the website to secure them for you.   If you are purchasing Spelt grain and are local, we have a page set up for you so that you can purchase grain without the shipping and pick it up here.

Shipping
We have changed our shipping to price it with the amount of items you have ordered. ( exception is grain as it is heavy we also have a few other items with specific prices for shipping. Most orders will follow this policy:

1 -2 items $6.50

3-4 items $11.90

5- 10 items $15.50

11 and up $25.00

16 and up -$45.00

****Most packages will ship priority , a few may ship parcel post if they are very heavy.

All books will ship media mail unless they fit in a flat rate enevolope!


 International Shipping - We will ship internationally Only you must contact us for a shipping quote with address. Your order will go through pay pal with out shipping if you do not contact us. I will then have to bill you or cancel your order.
 Please give us a detailed email so we can calculate shipping for you. Shipping  changes from place to place - I can estimate that fo you.
 
In Stock Orders
Ship within 48 hours, Custom (Large sewing ) Orders may take 2 to 3 weeks . Out of stock  material orders may take a few weeks. We will always contact you to let you know when it will ship out.

Sewing Service
We will start sewing your order as soon as it has been received. We have most materials in stock so we can start right away. Color Pul is not stocked but is usaully shipped to me within 1 week. I will contact you if a material is on order and there is a delay. 

Order Tracking
We use USPS Priority on most shipments, books are shipped Media mail and you may get a refund if my shopping cart has overestimated your shipping fee. Bulk large used clothes may go out parcel post. 
I may be ale to give you a better rate manually and mail you an invoice to pay through pay pal ( please contact me)   I do inform you when I am shipping your package and will give the Delievery comformaition # to you and  how long it should take to reach you.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

Return Policy

All items can be returned within 20 days of the purchase (with the exception of wipes ) if they are UNUSED and UNOPENED. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product and it has not been OPENED AND or USED.  This refund will occur  Only After the item(s) have been returned, minus a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price of the item returned. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer . Damaged items will be handled on a case to case bases. Damage due to MAIL is not the responsibility of Cara's Maternal Connections . For All RETURNS you must contact Cara's Maternal Connections . I will always try to work out some solution to retain you as a HAPPY customer. Defective Items will be replaced with no charge (but you must send the item back to us).

Used Clothes returns

These are accepted for any reason for a full refund minus the .90 return fee and we DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING on used items. Please ask any questions you may need answered before buying a used item.
