The diaper in picture here has bamboo inside with a flannel backing and a terry cotton toweling soaker.  These are pretty reasonable to make. All the diapers have tabs which can be pinned or a Snappi (R) Fastener can be used . With ours you can also add the snaps or the velcro. You can view the price chart below. Our Hemp and Bamboo materials are organic. If you are ordering a New born to small diaper you will have 3 layers of soaker - Medium and up are 4 layers. You may choose any insert material you wish.

Remember if shipping seems too high - we refund the difference ( our cart caculates by price not weight.
