It has padded shoulders. Made be Roamans. This is a below knee dress. This is sized as BO what ever that means ( I would say
16 womans but please check measurements) Chest dress across front is 25 in. The shoulder to shoulder is 16 in. Dress length

This is a pretty UM & Company dress made of 100% polyester machine
washable. This has a zip up back and is nicely cut to knee ( below to knee not a short above knee)This has the modest no dip
neck line . This is more sheer though and will need a slip. The dress is unsnaged in very nice condition. Has the colors of

I know it is not a dress but I added this nice
J.G Hook brand cordory jacet. This is a size large (look below for measurements) The jacket still has its buttons in a bag
attached and has never been worn , tags missing though. Th coat is lined and quilted so you could use this for a light fall
jacket. It has a double breasted front and belt in back ( attached with buttons but this gives you more of the tailored look.)
Chest under arms is 23 in across front buttoned. Arm length is 24 in cuffed at bottom. Shoulders inside 17 in. length of coat
from shoulder down is 24 in.
